Jorge “JG” Gabriel is a natural born entertainer, and no stranger to the industry. As a Latin Pop Artist, he began his singing career at the age of 8, and has never looked back. In addition to singing, Gabriel is also a talented songwriter and producer. Gabriel has studied voice, dance, Gabriel modeling and acting under some of the best tutelage in the business, including Grammy Award winning composer/producer Jose Miguel Velazquez and Luis Manuel Diaz. In 2005 at the age of 13, Gabriel participated on a MTV reality show called “Making Menudo”. In 2009, Gabriel and other musicians from Making Menudo recorded a spanish/english jingle called “Let’s Talk About Love” for Build-A-Bear-Workshop and Cottonelle. Gabriel was featured on FOX’s hit reality show, “American Idol” during season 10. Gabriel has already accomplished many feats in his career, including winning over a dozen national vocal and dancing competitions. He has entertained large audiences at a number of prestigious venues such as Disney’s Pleasure Island, Talent Rock, Seaworld, the American Airlines Arena, and at Universal Studios California, and even at Atlantis in the Bahamas. His first television contest was “Sabado Gigante”, in which he won the cash prize. He also premiered on “Primer Impacto” on Univision and Telemundo’s Ano Nuevo. Gabriel has opened for renowned artists such as Franco DeVita, Ricardo Montaner, Oscar De Leon, Elvis Crespo, Zion Y Lennox, Adassa, Ana Barbara, and Los Temerarios. He has also shared the stage with Carlos Ponce, Ana Barbara, and Victor Manuel in several vocal duets. As a bilingual American citizen born in South Florida, his Cuban-American heritage gives him an international appeal that knows no cultural boundaries. In 2013 he signed a development deal with Sony BMI Perfect Storm Music Group under Robin Godfrey-Cass with the help of Ali Tamposi. In 2014, he released his first official music video entitled “Over You”. Recently, in 2015 Gabriel appeared on “La Banda”, the Spanish singing competition series created by Ricky Martin and Simon Cowell. Since then, he became a full-time student majoring in Business Management and Administration at the University of Florida. Currently, in 2018 Gabriel has been working with music producers and songwriters such as Elijah King and Karloff “The New Breed”. This would be Gabriel’s first EP release entitled “Seguimos Bailando” which includes 5 original tracks. This year, 2019, he has released his music video for his track “Cambias Mi Mundo.” Recently, JG debuted his original music video “Prisionero De Amor”.
